How I Work
Research
Every project starts with understanding the product, audience, and business goal. I dig into user intent, competitors, search behaviour, and existing gaps before deciding what content is needed.
Ideate
This is where structure takes shape. I define the right sections, narrative flow, and word count for each page, so content is planned with intent, not written and adjusted later.
Write
Writing is where strategy meets psychology. I write only what is necessary, using words that guide attention, build trust, and keep the reader engaged. Good writing is not about saying more, it is about knowing what to say, where to say it, and how far to push.
Collaborate
Strong content is never built in isolation. I work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure the story reflects the business from every angle. I take end to end ownership of execution, coordination, and outcomes, including what works and what does not.
